Prior to the Labor Day Holiday 2023 the Wallingford Station Manager called in selected City Letter Carriers without Union Representation and proceeded to intimidate by telling them the were “DEEMS DESIRABE” threatening them with Disciplinary Action if they took any time off during the holiday.
